Abstract

The ocean is closely related to the development of cities. It makes the value of urban land increased, but also causes damage to the city, whereas urban construction mainly plays a negative role in the ocean, manifested as destroying the marine natural environment. In recent years, more and more cities pay attention to the interaction between ocean and urban construction, and begin to put the concept of sustainable development into urban construction projects to protect the marine environment.
