现有的数字政府绩效评估体系评价与研究

Abstract
随着数字政府的进一步发展，建立一个完善的数字政府绩效评估意义重大。对此各国进行了一系列探索并使数字政府绩效评估体系建设逐渐进入发展阶段。现有的数字政府绩效评价体系的评估目标、评估主体和对象、评估指标、评估方法和评估原则等各方面均有所完善，为数字政府绩效评估体系的建设注入活力。但数字政府评估体系仍然面临自身缺陷和适用性的困境，需要我们不断创新评估体系，从而进一步促进数字政府发展路径的优化。
